7777x's commitment to responsible gaming
Stay safe while having fun — 7777x is committed to keeping your gaming experience healthy and in control.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online betting and casino gaming is a form of entertainment for many people. But it stays enjoyable only when it is played within the right limits. 7777x believes that having fun should go hand in hand with awareness. We want every one of our players to understand their own limits, make their own decisions, and not hesitate to seek help when needed.
When gambling becomes a burden rather than entertainment, that is a sign of a problem. Starting to play in order to ease financial pressure or forget emotional pain makes the situation even more complicated. At 7777x we take these matters seriously and are always ready to support our players.
Responsible gaming means setting a budget, sticking to time limits, and stopping yourself whenever you feel you are losing control. 7777x provides several effective tools to help with this.
Recognize the warning signs
If any of the following signs appear while playing, take a break immediately and contact our support team: playing repeatedly to recover lost money; placing bets beyond your budget; neglecting family, friends, or work because of gambling; hiding or lying about your gambling; playing with borrowed money or by spending your savings.
Our protection tools
Set deposit limits
Decide in advance how much you will deposit per day, week, or month. When the limit is reached, 7777x will automatically alert you. This is the simplest way to stay in control of your finances.
Time-out feature
If you feel you need a temporary break, you can take a time-out for anywhere from 24 hours to a few weeks. During this period, no bets or deposits will be possible on your account.
Self-exclusion
If you need a long-term break, choose self-exclusion. With this option your account will be completely closed for a set period. It is a serious step, but definitely effective when needed.
Age verification (21+)
7777x strictly prohibits registration by anyone under 21 years of age. Identity verification is mandatory when opening an account. Protecting minors is our priority.
24/7 support
If you experience a problem at any time, contact us via live chat or at [email protected]. Our team is always ready in both Bengali and English.
Review gaming history
View your betting history, deposit and withdrawal records from your account at any time. Analyze it yourself and reset your limits if needed.

Healthy gaming habits
- Set a budget before you start playing and accept that losing that amount is the cost of entertainment.
- Never bet with borrowed money or money set aside for essential expenses.
- Set a time limit for each session and make sure you stop when that time is up.
- After a win, withdraw some of the money instead of betting it all again.
- Do not increase your bets out of anger or frustration after a loss — that is the biggest mistake.
- Avoid gaming if you are under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
- Spend time with family and friends — social relationships support good mental health.
- Do not think of gaming as a source of income — it is a form of entertainment.
- Track your own daily gaming time on the 7777x app or site.
- If you have any problem, contact us without delay — you will receive support, not judgment.
Self-exclusion and time-out in detail
7777x offers two separate break options. Time-out is a short-term solution — from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period you will not be able to log in, place bets, or make deposits. However, your account and balance will remain safe.
Self-exclusion is a long-term measure. Once activated, it cannot be reversed before the set period ends. It is the most effective solution for those who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their lives.
For both options, log in to your 7777x account and go to the "Responsible Gaming" section, or simply let us know via live chat. Our support team is by your side 24/7.
Time-out
A temporary break from 24 hours up to 30 days. Account and balance remain intact. You can set it yourself from your account.
Self-exclusion
A complete long-term break. Once activated, it cannot be cancelled before the period ends. The most effective option for serious problems.
Minor protection — 21+ only
To ensure responsible gaming in Bangladesh, 7777x allows only those aged 21 or above to open an account. Identity verification is mandatory at registration.
If a minor in your household uses the internet, keep parental controls enabled on the device. Never share your 7777x login details — the security of your account is your responsibility. If you have any suspicion, change your password immediately.
If you suspect that a minor is using an account, notify our support team — we will take prompt action.
